A child’s voice is still developing, therefore actual singing exercises need to be age specific. The younger a child is exposed to music and music instruction, the better their chances to develop a good ear. As soon as a child shows signs of musical interest or ability, they are ready to try classes.
Usually with very young children, thirty minutes is enough. However, if the child shows a natural ability and curiosity about music, the lessons can be longer. You want to keep them loving it and not force it on them. This is true for a child of any age.
